I won this my second year on the job. I was putting in extra work and putting my body on the line for this award. During my speech I thanked my Mom and Dad and Friends who let me go this far.

Comeback Worker Of The Year

I won this award because of the perseverance I showed and the grit and strength. I came back after a back injury the year before and I definitely still produced and helped our team and that's what won me this award.

Manager Of The Year

I won this award when I became the Manager of my own Company. I ran the thing to perfection. We were almost like and well oiled machine and that is what made me win this award.
