Third you want to get your Tortilla and add your cheese to it. You could use a Mexican cheese blend or any cheese blend of your choice.
Fourth you want to heat up the pan. Before you put the tortilla down you want to make sure you pan isn't too hot leave it on a medium heat depending on your stove.
